Birdie Approved

This birdie card i made for a challenge at LilyBean's Paperie. All you have to do is make a card with a bird on it. Simple but what a cool challenge! The main background piece with the pocket watch and little birds is a paintables watercolour paper by Prima. The awesome image is part of this great paper. I added ink and some chalking to give it the colour.
I have no idea what i would use this card for but i like the rustic look and that awesome image.
Little blue bird close up.

Supply list:
  • ink- tea dye distress ink, bronze pigment ink, bordering blue (SU)
  • Paper- Prima paintables, soft sky (SU), black
  • Stamps- collage press office policy
  • other- flower, chalk, emboss writer pen, metal corners, metal key, safety pin, edge distresser, sewing machine, ribbon, brad
