Look! A scrapbook page! I'd say its about time! Ok so its been a while since I last got around to putting picture to paper but no need for sadness. I have a thing that I must coordinate my pictures with the colours I use. I have been putting off using these pictures together because one has red and one has orange. I don't usually like the two colours together but I think this turned out pretty good. Sometimes I have to step out of my comfort zone :)
This was a layout challenge from CHF from a while ago but I liked it and still wanted to try it. I like the border idea and I think it really adds somthing to the page. I used a piece of making memories passport paper. Love the stuff and I think I will have to get the kit to scrap our cruise.
Here is a close up of the wonderful grungeboard title. I painted them with acrylic paint and then coloured the edges with a marker.
This is a picture of some chipboard wings I created. I just cut them out and inked them... so easy but I really love the look.

I used my cuttlebug to cut out the cute little maple leaves which just happen to go with my theme beautifully. Very neet.

Supply list:

  • ink- orange pigment ink
  • paper- tangerine tango, real red, soft sky, sahara sand, blue bayou, making memories passport
  • other- buttons, prima flower, cuttlebug, chipboard wings, grungeboard alpha, acrilic paint, ribbon, sewing machine
