Here is the result! Pretty cool I must say. The card I posted yesterday (grunged butterfly) used this technique and I will soon be posting another example. For a different look try using a patterned paper. I would suggest a small pattern for best results especially if your image is detailed.

Paint Resist Tutorial
First of all I would just like to say... this technique looks sooooo cool! Love it. My new favourite thing.
Stamp your image onto newspaper with clear embossing ink. (I glued my paper onto cardstock to give it more weight) Poor clear embossing powder onto your image and tap off excess. Heat until melted.
When you are sure the EP is cool, use acrylic paint to cover it. A medium coat is best - not globby and not to thin that you can still see the print.
