Engagement Mini Album

I completed this album using all of the photos that were part of our engagement photo shoot done by my good friend, and professional photographer, Paige Thomson of Paige Thomson Photography. Please check her out for more stunning work! I will have a video up on Youtube shortly exploring more details of this album and the wonderful photography!
On the cover I used two large grungeboard letters for our initials and covered them in pattern paper. The collection I used was "For the Record" by Echo Park along with many other added papers.
I handmade these fimo clay flowers; I just love using them on projects! Check out my video tutorial for that here.
This binding was inspired by a creation that Marion Smith posted on her instagram. It was made using safety pins and the TH hinge die cut with grungeboard.

Thank you for visiting, keep your eyes open on Youtube for the upcoming video! I hope you all have a wonderful May Long Weekend!

Future Sisters Layout

What beautiful weather we are still having here! I hope it sticks around for awhile... Tonight is my first regular season ball game and I am pretty excited to be playing in this lovely weather. I hope you are all enjoying it while you can too!
I recently created this page and posted a video on Youtube about it, which you can see here. The cards in the video will hopefully be appearing here on the blog soon too. I really enjoyed trying a shabby chic and colourful style for a change.
I used paper from several different companies including Basic Grey, Studio Calico, DCWV, Crepe Paper,  and Pink Paisley. the brad seen above is made by Around the Block.
The letter stickers are by American Crafts and October Afternoon. I stitched across the title (my new obsession)
The brad and bling seen above are unknown and quite old but the rub-ons are made by 7 Gypsies.
I love using a bicycle theme because there is so much awesome product out there featuring them and I just love how they look!
I used the TH tiny attacher and some stitching to add interest. I hope you enjoyed this projects, thanks for visiting!

Summer Camping Layout

What a gorgeous weekend we had here in Alberta! I spent Sunday watching Andrew play street hockey in a tournament and was anticipating the worst. I even packed my winter coat, mittens, and toque! It turned out to be about 25 Celsius, so I had to borrow some shorts, but it was well worth it!

I created this page a couple days ago and even have a process video on Youtube, so check that out for more information!
I used photos from a camping trip that Andrew, his siblings, and I went on last summer. We were at Two Jack Lake in Banff National Park.
I used a We R Memory Keepers brad, a Prima flower, handmade clay rose and paper leaves, as well as some bling for this cluster.
I love putting my title on washi tape and stitching across it, probable my new favoutite thing!
I added more handmade paper leaves and a Basic Grey brad to the end of the title. I used American Crafts and October Afternoon letter stickers.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and have a great week ahead!
