Layout Share: Episode Six

Hello blog readers! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! In Canada we celebrated Canada Day on Friday July 1st, so most people had this day off of work. Andrew and I decided to go camping with some of our siblings and we had a wonderful time offroading and dirtbiking too. I got a lot of great photos as there were many spectacular mountain and river views, so I can't wait to get those scrapbooked. I might even do a mini album of the trip because I love the photos so much!
Last Thursday our beautiful nephew, Easton James Ulmer, was welcomed into the world! We are so excited to be an Aunt and Uncle for the second time and it is so incredible to see Ariella, his big sister, with him. Our hearts are so full!
Now that you are updated on some of my life events, I will get right into the crafty part of this post! I decided to record a layout share today because I have been doing more 12x12 layouts than normal (which is wonderful!). In the video I have shared 9 layouts, 5 of which have never been seen before.

If you would like to see more details of the previously shared layouts, you can check out these links:
This layout was inspired by the June Jot Mood Board. As I mentioned in the video, it turned out a bit more brightly coloured than the mood board, but I still quite like it.
Below is an image of the mood board.

This layout was inspired by a sketch, but sadly I haven't been able to locate the original source! Sorry about that! I really enjoyed the challenge of using some papers on a diagonal.

This layout was inspired by the Creative Scrapbooker April Sketch. I loosely interpreted the grid layout and made it my own.
As you can see, the original sketch below was much more grid-like.

This layout was just a fun one that I created without a sketch. I really love this photo from our wedding photographer Chris, from Let's Reminisce.

This final layout was created using the sketch below, but again I sadly do not know the original source. I believe it was found on Pinterest though. I love the fun blue and yellow colour scheme here!

I hope that you have enjoyed seeing my layouts from the last couple of months! Feel free to let me know which was your favourite and why.

My favorite layout is the succulent one. I like the diagonal design. You keep your backgrounds, layers and embellishments a soft color and this enhances your colorful photos and helps them be the main focus even more.
